Shillington Law operates out of Kitchener, Ontario, and services all of Southwestern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area.
My experience includes corporate services such as incorporation, asset and share purchase agreements, contract drafting and review, international expansion issues, and professional cost-sharing agreements. I have also assisted clients with complex litigation in the areas of employment, insurance, corporate, condominium, and landlord-tenant law.
My background in business and finance gives me unique insight when assisting corporate clients, allowing me to understand your needs better and develop solutions for your longterm goals.
My business model is simple - provide effective legal services at a reasonable cost to my clients. A small firm setting allows me to become more involved in each of my files and to provide personalized plans for my clients.
A Modern Approach to Legal Services
Client consultations and meetings are conducted via video conferencing. When an in-person meeting is necessary, I have a home office, or I will come to you. In my experience, most lawyer-client interactions are conducted via email, telephone, and video call, making a permanent separate office space unnecessary. Keeping my overhead costs to a minimum allows me to offer competitive legal fees.
